Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of T7011/2011 passed by SONJA VENTER Identity Number 671127 0135 086, in her capacity as the Executrix in the Estate Late ALI BHUYIAA Number 3366/2020, in favour of MOHAMED ALI IMRAN REHAN BHUYIAA Identity Number 061230 5912 083 and A FERDOUS SHAYMA BHUYIAA Identity Number 0809619 0648 083 and A JEENAT FATIMA BHUYIAA Identity Number 150128 1564 084in respect of  ERF 273 WARDEN, DISTRICT HARRISMITH, PROVINCE FREE STATE, which has been lost or destroyed.

All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Bloemfontein within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
