Notice is hereby given in terms of Regulation 68 of the Deeds Registries Act, 1937, of the intention to apply for the issue of a certified copy of T117/2017 passed by SONJA VENTER Identity Number 671127 0135 086, in her capacity as the Executrix in the Estate Late ALI BHUYIAA Number 3366/2020, in favour of BUSISIWE QUEEN BHUYIAA in respect of THE FARM DINASPEAK NUMBER 51 District BETHLEHEM PROVINCE FREE STATE

IN EXTENT 133.1536 (ONE THREE THREE COMMA ONE FIVE THREE SIX) hectares, which has been lost or destroyed.

All interested persons having objection to the issue of such copy are hereby required to lodge the same in writing with the Registrar of Deeds at Bloemfontein within two weeks from the date of publication of this notice.
